PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Tables and accessories developed especially for work in the packaging area; for sorting, inspection and packaging of various sets of surgical instruments. The Getinge line of tables are designed with flexibility, ergonomy and functionality in mind. The interplay between smooth edges, robust stainless steel framework and fine work surface promotes improved cleaning and keeps dust away. The packaging tables can be used as they are, fixed or height adjustable or it can be equipped with accessories from our range for an individually configured workstation.

Or, you can choose one of our pre-configured workstations: Basic or T-DOC.

APPLICATION

The range is design for hospital use where packaging of medical devices takes place. Can also be used in other applicaitons - where ever a work station is needed. KEY FEATURES

Each sealer is built and tested in accordance with the following standards:

• CE marked

RF control is additional to above also approved of :

• Dir. 2014/53/EU (Radio equipment directive).

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Packing of goods requires a lot of manual work and therefor ergonomic and ease of use, has been two important factors when designing the new tables. The supporting equipment such as holders for pouches, scanners and other material should be easy to reach. The table are equipped with a frame to keep all material off the table for easy cleaning. For larger installations we offer a separate sealing table for more space and comfort. The sealing table are placed on the short side of two packaging tables for most efficient procedures.

TESTING AND DOCUMENTATION

The tables has been tested for a load up to 100 kg and every table are tested before leaving the factory.

DESIGN

These tables are available in lengths between 1200-2000 mm

- Height adjustable 795-1295 mm, with an easy up- down button or fixed at 900 mm

- HP Core material on table top with a matted white colour that reduces reflection of light from the surface or stainless steel

- Leg frame made of sturdy stainless steel

- Adjustable feet +/- 25mm in the event of uneven floor.

PACKAGING TABLE

For work with dry goods; sorting, inspection and packing of various sets of surgical instruments in trays.

• Use as solitaire or equipped with optional accessories frame and accessories

• Optional drawer can be mounted on either side of the packaging table.

ACCESSORIES FRAME

The stainless steel frame is designed to be mounted at the back of the packaging table.

The same length as the table itself should be selected. Details for attachment are included in delivery.

With this frame in place, any of the accessories from the range can be arranged in three levels, forming the individually configurated workstation.

ACCESSORIES

A range of accessories designed to hold scanners, printers, binders, computers screen and other items necessary for the daily work at the packaging station.

Each item is equipped with integrated hooks or clamps for easy attachment and instant relocation on the frames. The accessories are made of stainless steel and are powder coated for easy to keep clean surfaces.

SEALER TABLE

Tables specially designed with assistance in mind, serving as a table for the sealer as well as offering the extra work space. The materials are the same as on the packaging tables.

• The table with cut-out is specifically designed for the sealer model Getinge ProSeal Premium. With the sealer placed at a lower level in the cut-out, the table serves as an extra support for bags/pouches during through-feed in the sealer. Staff experiences greater comfort and ergonomics when sealing pouches for modular instrument trays, as part of the weight is borne by the table.

• The table with Plain worktop can be used for other sealer models as well as for other work tasks.
