Getinge 600 Top Loaded Flusher-Disinfector

Getinge 600-series top-loaded flusher-disinfectors are exceptionally easy to use and offer superior disinfection technology. Heavily soiled items are cleaned by rotating nozzles and an effective flushing system.

The top-loaded function enables emptying human waste without a conventional slop basin or separate emptying unit in the disinfection room. This saves time, space and money. Every Getinge 600-series model comes with a convenient foot pedal to open and close the lid – and to avoid hand contamination.

The entire process - from emptying to cleaning and disinfection - takes only 4 to 7 minutes.

Easy to work with

The top-loaded flusher-disinfectors in the Getinge 600 series are designed with a front that is lower than the rear. The lower front facilitates the work function as a slop basin. Emptying a cleaning bucket and other large receptacles are more ergonomic with the lower front.

Conventional foot pedal as standard

To make handeling of items even more convenient and to avoid contaminanting clean hands, to provide a foot pedal to open and close the lid. The foot pedal can also be used to start the department's most frequently used program.

Superior cleaning and disinfection

Heavily soiled items are cleaned by rotating nozzles and an effective flushing system. They are then heat-disinfected by steam from all of the nozzles. Internal disinfection of bottles and similar receptacles is also ensured. But its not just the items to be washed that benifit from superior disinfection. The machine's washing chambers, pipes,nozzles etc. are also disinfected after each process - thanks to Pipe System Disinfection (PSD).

This means that no microbial residues are left behind between processes, so hygiene is outstanding.

Automatic convection drying

at the end of the process, a green lamp indicates that cleaning and thermal disinfection has been carried out effectively. When the lid is opened by pressing the foot-pedal, the disinfection temperature will be indicated and the green signal goes off. This feature eliminates the risk of mixing up soiled and clean goods.

If the disinfection temperature has not been reached, a red lamp will be illuminated and the lid remains closed.
