Getinge SMART Distribution Trolleys

The Getinge Smart loading equipment is based on an ergonomic concept for efficient loading and distribution of hospital goods. The table features a semi-automatic loading function, which reduces manual handling, and a power-drive function, which enables the loading trolley to be moved with little physical strength. The racing-inspired frame design is particularly lightweight yet still very robust. The wheels are rattle-free and can be steered silently. The handle can be reached comfortably from different angles, making the trolley easier to steer. Moreover, the control panel is integrated into the handle, so that the user can control the trolley without releasing the handle.

These trolleys provide excellent transport safety. Take the example of the "safety pins" on the transport carts, which prevent the goods from falling off. And the simple, reliable docking system allowing connecting the carts to the washer-disinfector.

The transport equipment is designed with hygine in mind, with easy-to-wipe surfaces and good run-off.

Goods carriers include a couple of trolleys from the Getinge state-of-the-art SMART range, which takes loading and distribution of instruments to a whole new level of ergonomics and function. Geting SMART trolleys are equipped with a semi-automatic loading function to reduce manual handeling of goods when load or unload tasks are undertaken, in combination with combining efortlesness and maneuverability.

OPEN DISTRIBUTION TROLLEY (DTO)		HARD-COVER DISTRIBUTION TROLLEY (DTHC)
OPEN DISTRIBUTION TROLLEY (DTO) The DTO is an open distribution trolley as well as a mobile storage unit for wire baskets and containers. The open design makes viewing and picking of individual packs very easy. Goods can be loaded and loaded from both sides of the trolley. Shelves and baskets can be pulled out halfway for easier access and the trolley is easily secured for safe transport. Getinge SMART open distribution trolleys are available in single or double versions of each model: three models configured for standard loads,delivered with guides for baskets, shelves for containers or mixed. Furthermore there is one base model that can be individually configured, where guides are specified and ordered seperately for each customer's individual configuration of a mixed load of shelves and/or baskets. The flexible placement of support guides and shelves maximize utilization of the DTO. The high-quality swivel casters (two of which are lockable) enable easy to moving and maneuvering even when the trolley is fully loaded. These trolleys are designed for cleaning and disinfection in an automatic washer-disinfector.		HARD-COVER DISTRIBUTION TROLLEY (DTHC) In this trolley, instrument containers and baskets can be grouped together with utensils, linen, disposables and anestesia material for transport to an internal OR department or to an external hospital or storage facility. The hard cover protects the sterile goods from dust and dammage during transport. The trolley can be cleaned disinfected in a washer-disinfector, as the doors can be opened angle 260 degrees and fixed in the open position - also very convenient when loading and unloading. The door handle is prepared for a locking device. The DTHC trolley is equipped with two lockable fixed casters. The caster diameter is 160 mm. The DTHC trolley has a capacity of 15 DIN STU 1/2 size, if adding two additional shelves. Three (3) shelves are supplied as standard, optional shelves are avilable. Each shelf is supplied with two dividers to keep goods in place during transport. An optional pin and towbar is available to enable towing.

Getinge FLEXI Trolley Light - Height adjustable loading trolley

Getinge Flexi is a loading trolley with adjustable height for optimal ergonomic loading and flexibility. The trolley is maneuvered with hand-control and has 3 pre-programmable heights. Getinge Flexi has a docking mechanism that is automatically retracted when the trolley is docked to the washer-disinfector. Flexi also fits to the Getinge Air Glide System (AGS).
