Conveyor system for Getinge CM320
This unique conveyor system is primarily intendended for an automatic load/unload workflow of wash carts in combination with Getinge CM320 index washer-disinfector series. This minimizes handeling, peronnel allowing an efficient throughput.

LOADING CONVEYOREvery loading conveyor is equipped with a drip tray and a connection to the central machinery drain. A stainless steel safety angle on the right-hand side of the conveyor ensures the correct loading procedure. A barcode scanner is placed on the side of the conveyor communicating with the control system of the indexer for wash cart identification and automatic program selection. The loading conveyor is equipped with a docking connection for the Getinge transport trolley. |

UNLOADING CONVEYOREvery unloading conveyor is equipped with a drip tray and a connection to the central machinery drain. The unloading conveyor is equipped with an additional automatically driven load roll for easy unloading from the unloading conveyor and a docking connection for the Getinge tranport trolley. A wash cart stop pin at the end of the conveyor provides absolute safety for the personnel. Photo shows also optional storage shelf. |

AUTOMATIC RETURN CONVEYORThe automatic conveyor has its own control unit ans constitutes together with automatic hatch a functional unit. The hatch represents the seperation between the clean and unclean side. The single door transfer is automatically operated via an electrical sensor placed on the return conveyor. This return conveyor is equipped with an additional driven last roll and docking connection for the Getinge transport trolley for easy de-loading. A wash cat stop pin at the end of the conveyor provides absolute safety for the operating personnel on the unclean side. |
