Getinge Washer-Disinfector
(1) INSTRUMENT WASH CARTS FOR 46-SERIES
All Getinge wash carts are designed to deliver pressurized cleaning and rinsing solutions to rotary spray arms below each wash cart shelf. A top and bottom rotary spray arm inside the chamber provides complete coverage. Each wash cart is mounted on wheels for easy movement in and out of the chamber, and for overall loading, unloading and transfer of equipment. Spray arms feature removable end caps to allow for easy cleaning.

Getinge basic wash carts are available as upper and lower versions and operate independent of each other for easy loading and unloading. The lower basic cart fits all 46-series models and is mainly used for larger loads like stands for bowls and OR-shoes.

(4) MIS ACCESSORIES
When using cannula racks or the minimally invasive instrument wash car, cleaning and rinsing solutions circulate through individual injectors to thoroughly clean inside lumens. Mounted rotary spray arms provide external cleaning. Dedicated manifold carts such as the MIS cart and the anesthesia cart have two additional inlet ports to take in forced hot air from the drying system, to dry inside lumens and airways.

The Getinge Free Standing Conveyor is used for transporting the loading equipment from the clean side, back to the soiled side, and is usually installed in the barrier wall between soiled and clean side. The return conveyor is equipped with a single hatch, in order to avoid air cross-contamination.

The Getinge โSMARTโ Trolleys allow for the ergonomic loading/unloading of wash carts in the Getinge 8666/8668/88 Turbo/CM320 washer disinfectors. The curved handles and specially designed casters allow for easy maneuverability. The trolleys were designed to be easy to clean either in a large chamber washer-disinfector from Getinge (9027 or 9100-series) or by using manual method.
