Getinge MIS-Wash Carts

The complete MIS-wash cart offers a high capacity and built-in flexibility. The wash cart has 2 wash levels with an additional ramp system on top. The ramp system consists of one straight central ramp with 8 injector bodies with Dia. 15 mm, 8 injector bodies with Dia. 20 mm and 4 injector bodies (Dia. 4 mm) and 4 closed injector bodies (Dia. 4 mm) are mounted as well.

On the sides of this ramp there are 20 silicon jets fitted with silicone hoses, six of which are fitted with 6 - 8 mm male luer jets and another six with nipples. The two angled side ramps with discharge holders are fitted with 16 injector bodies (Dia. 11,5 mm) with silicone covers. In total 80 connectors for lumen.

This L-shaped rack is mounted in the back of the lower basic cart (499207600). The L-shaped ramp consists of 2 holders for canulas, 4 injection pipes (Dia. 4 mm), 6 hoses with nipples. An additional 5 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. Additional connections with injectors and silicone hoses are available.

Besides this, an additional 4 injectors, 6 flexible silicone hosee (3 with male luer connections) and a stand for 4 canulas.

The wash rack is equipped with an instrument ramp for 10 tubular instruments on the front side. This U-shaped rack is mounted in the lower basic cart (499207600). The wash rack is equipped with an instrumental ramp for 10 tubular instruments on the backside. Besides this, an additional 4 injectors (Dia. 4 mm), 6 flexible silicone hoses (3 with male luer connections) and a stand for 4 cannulas. An additional 12 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. Additional connections with injectors and silicone hoses are available.

This U-shaped rack is mounted in the OP-wash carts (499215800). The shelves are removed and this rack mounted instead. The wash rack is equipped with an instrument ramp for 10 tubular instruments on the front side. Besides this, an additional 4 injectors (Dia. 4 mm), 6 flexible silicone hoses (3 with male luer connections) and a stand for 4 cannulas. An additional 10 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. Additional connections with injectors and silicone hoses are available.

The pipe injector is a sub-accessory of the universal wash rack (L or U) and is placed on the upper connection of the rack. The injectors (Dia. 4 mm) have clips and fit 8 smaller hoses.

The clamp injector head is a sub-accessory of the universal rack (L or U) and is placed on the upper connection of the rack. The device is equipped with 8 threaded pipe bodies (bore 11,5 mm) with caps and a discharge holder. Also fits the AN-wash cart (499208100).

Instrument are placed between the two holders and held securely in place in the washer-disinfector. The two lower sawtooth parts of soft rubber material are adjustable in width from 60 to 210 mm. The upper holder allows two holding heights: 8 and 13 mm.

The MIS instrument ramp is a sub-accessory for the OP-wash cart. The ramp is connected to the wash cart by removing one spray arm and wash level. The ramp has 22 wide injector bodies (eight 20 mm bore + eight 15 mm bore and six injectors with caps, 11,5 mm bore) and another 8 injectors (Dia. 4 mm). Additionally, the MIS instrument ramp has 30 threaded connections with flexible silicone jets, which can be fitted with silicone hoses.

This ramp is mounted on the OP-cart. It is specially designed for smaller instruments for example eye surgery. The sides of the ramp is equipped with 28 silicon jets. Above 20 male luer jets and 2 female luer jets are fitted. An additional 6 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. The fine filter is mounted with an tri-clamp connection.
