STAINLESS STEEL SINK UNIT 
These sink / worktop units are designed for heavy-duty work, such as sorting, manual washing and preparation, particularly with wet goods. The robust stainless steel worktop has raised edges all around to contain water splashing. The working height is 900mm and the worktop is 650 mm deep as standard. Different models are available to meet specific requirements, including one unit with the raised edges but without a sink. To describe the preferred sink unit select: Length: Units with integrated sink 1200-2800 mm and 600-2800 mm for worktops without sink. Arrangement: Stainless steel floor stand or brackets for wall mounting. With or without shelf: the sink/worktop unit can be delivered with an integrated shelf for close at hand storage. With or without sink: 3 models single or double sinks for placement to left, right or middle on the worktop. All sinks have a smooth, polished finish with sizes that allow processing even of the large modular instrument trays. The sink/worktop unit includes a drain valve, removable strainer, overflow drainpipe and water trap. The unit is delivered ready for assembly. Mixing faucets are ordered separately. Stainless steel sink units
PRODUCT description
These sink units are designed for heavy-duty work, such as sorting, manual washing and preparation, particularly with wet goods. The robust stainless steel worktop has raised edges all around to contain water. Different models are available to meet specific requirements, including one worktop unit with the raised edges but without a sink.
APPLICATIATION
The sink units are specially designed for large reprocessing units, e.g. Central Sterile Processing/CSSD and the OR/point-of-use Sterile Processing /TSSU located within a central surgery department. The unit works equally well at healthcare centers or smaller clinics, where a heavy-duty workplace with an integrated sink — or a worktop for wet goods — is required.

Safety and ergonomics are given high priority in the construction of each stainless steel sink unit.
Principle of handling
Each sink unit/worktop is delivered ready for assembly. Once the unit is assembled and connected to water and drain, it is ready for use.
DESIGN FEATURES
Worktop
The worktop is made of bright polished stainless steel to withstand the heavy work. The worktop is designed with an integrated 60 mm rear splashback, and a 10mm high edge on the other sides. The worktop surface slopes towards the sink. Worktops with integrated sinks are available in lengths 1000-2800 mm; those without sinks in lengths 600-2800 mm.
Free-standing or wall-mounted
The sink unit can be delivered either with stainless steel brackets for wall-mounted installation or with frame for a free-standing installation. The frame is made of stainless steel and has adjustable feet.
Shelf
These sink units can be supplied with a stainless steel shelf, mounted on the frame or brackets of the sink unit. The shelf, located 300 mm above the floor level, provides storage close at hand.
Sink units
The units are available with single or double sink units, as well as without sink. All standard sinks are of sizes that also allow processing of the large instrument tray, 450x340x70 (LxWxH) mm.
The sink can be placed to the right, to the left or in the middle of the worktop. All sinks have a smooth, polished inside finish for easy cleaning.
The sink includes removable strainer, manually operated drain-valve, overflow drainpipe and water trap. Mixing faucets are to be ordered separately. Optional accessories

OPTION: Sink in combination with Cabinets
A range of stainless steel cabinets for protected storage. Cabinets are available in several widths and with different front door configurations. The door has a smooth, yet robust design with soft closing function. The opening angle of the door is 100°, for convenient access to the interior. Handles are included in the delivery. Each cabinet is equipped with one interior, removable shelf. The cabinet is designed to be mounted on the frame of the sink unit, under the worktop. Delivered assembled, ready for mounting to bench.
