A perfect fit. Alpha2 Top is equipped with entirely new head support and positioning technology. It ensures anatomically correct positioning of the spinal column in every phase of motion. Motor-powered guidance provides extremely gentle positioning of the head. Stretching and elongating the cervical spine are avoided. Head surgery made to measure.
The perfect curve: Earlier positioning devices moved the head along a simple arc of a circle, which did not correspond to human anatomy. With its “anatomy arm” the Alpha2 TOP moves the horseshoe-shaped head rest along a more natural line of motion (red line in the illustration). Electric motor power makes for particularly gentle positioning of the head. The result is anatomically correct positioning in every phase of treatment. Compression and extension of the cervical spine (white arrows) are avoided in this way.
